A young girl exhibiting multiple episodes of abnormal behaviour, after a shocking experience near a village deity, underwent treatment by multiple means. No single treatment modality could cure her completely but each one of them had a role in her recovery. She was open to spiritual influence and that helped a lot in her self-healing along with conventional treatment.

Alka*, a young girl in her late twenties, had been suffering from intractable headaches for more than 10 years, with no apparent relief from any established systems of medicine. This case study describes the journey of her inner healing, how she discovered the innate healing process of the body and overcame her chronic ailment within a few weeks. In the process of inner healing, she also discovered her confidence, a new zeal for life. Most of the healing techniques evolved intuitively during the healing process and revealed to the author the immense healing powers that lie dormant within the human consciousness. The case was a revelation for him, as it revealed how little we really know of body and healing.

There is presence of 3.2 x 3 cm size lesion hypointense on T1WI and hyperintense on T2WI images noted at junction right and left lobe superior aspect in segment IVA and VIII. On early arterial post-contrast study lesion shows intense enhancement and in portal phase it shows washout of contrast. On delayed phase peripheral capsule of lesion shows enhancement.
