The first 21 days of lockdown due to COVID-19 have triggered in us the recall of this well-known assumption that 21 days of regular practice are enough to re-shape one’s mind. In fact, depending on how deep the habit is settled within us, be it a recent one or a pattern that may run in our blood since generations of ancestors, the good news is that we all have the power to re-define our behaviour, in order to make them fit our state of consciousness. Observing and practising are definitively the two main tools at the disposal of the one who is sincerely aspiring to a greater spiritual clarity.
