Case-studies: Integral Yoga / bio-energetic healing system (IY/BE)
By Joachim P. Seckel - Jul 15, 2018
Representing a synthesis of Integral Yoga (Sri Aurobindo) and bio-energetic healing, the article focuses on a series of case-studies, using Applied Kinesiology muscle-testing. The IY/BE system involves two stages: 1) initial client exposure to an Integral Bio-Energetic Field (IBEF) of healing, previously created at a fitness centre; and 2) if necessary, an individual IY/BE session(s), either directly or by means of distant healing. Viewed overall, the case-studies demonstrate the IY/BE system can detect and address a wide variety of disorders.

Inner transformation and the physical resistance
By The Mother - Apr 24, 2024
The force that comes down into one who is doing Yoga and helps him in his transformation, acts along many different lines and its results vary according to the nature that receives it and the work to be done. First of all, it hastens the transformation of all in the being that is ready to be transformed. If he is open and receptive in his mind, the mind, touched by the power of Yoga, begins to change and progress swiftly. There may be the same rapidity of change in the vital consciousness if that is ready, or even in the body. But in the body the transforming power of Yoga is operative only to a certain degree; for the receptivity of the body is limited. The most material plane of the universe is still in a condition in which receptivity is mixed with a large amount of resistance. But rapid progress in one part of the being which is not followed by an equivalent progress in other parts produces a disharmony in the nature, a dislocation somewhere; and wherever or whenever this dislocation occurs, it can translate itself into an illness. The nature of the illness depends upon the nature of the dislocation. One kind of disharmony affects the mind and the disturbance it produces may lead even as far as insanity; another kind affects the body and may show itself as fever or prickly heat or any other greater or minor disorder.

How true it is?
By Sushmita Mukherjee - Jul 15, 2018
How true is the identification based on region and nationality or religion? Truth of being realised, we are set free, shedding the load of superficial labels. When unaware, we only identify with the diverse and fight for our superiority over the other. Deemed are the differences as defiance, redeeming pain for self and all. What we give, we get, the process cyclic — as one we are, at and with the Source. Truth, acknowledged and committed to — the unbroken unity at Source, which is One and Infinite — comprehensive healing results. The soul’s purpose — Truth-realisation, God-realisation — is the sole purpose. Hence, in form, the purpose leads us to shed all labels, identifying solely with and as the Truth — fulfilled, all-healed.

Heal yourself by changing your consciousness
By Prashant Shivanand Shah - Jul 15, 2018
The prototype or original model of the human body in consciousness is perfect and healthy. Then, why does susceptibility to disease and constitutional disorders arise in our body? They arise largely from certain defective patterns that we carry in our mindset. We have inherited some of these patterns from our previous existence while some of them are the result of our actions in the present existence. Most of our illnesses are the results of defects in our thinking and emotions and faulty beliefs. Such defects and faults disturb the flow of vital energy or prāṇa in the body, which ultimately gives rise to the functional and constitutional disorders in our body. However, the good news is that these effects are reversible. That is, by making some changes in our belief-system and by cleansing the harmful emotions from our subconscious, we can restore health in our mind and body. prāṇa

Freedom of choice
By Soumitra Basu - Jul 15, 2018
A consciousness-based counselling approach provides a flexibility to the therapist to facilitate a growth in consciousness. One innovative approach is to offer a freedom of choice at an optimal point in therapy so that the client can choose from alternatives. This phenomenon is simultaneously therapeutically effective and increases compliance.
