Conjunctive Treatment for Covid-19: Integral Yoga and bio-energetic technique
By Joachim P. Seckel - Jul 15, 2021
There are so many ways of looking at healing. Nature follows different lines and each one of us picks up one of these and develops a system around it. This article is a novel and fresh way of looking at problem of the current pandemic. It combines kinesiology techniques and energy-healing practices with certain conceptions of Integral Yoga. Of course the method that Sri Aurobindo and the Mother gave about dealing with such illnesses and epidemics is very simple and mainly consists of replacing fear with faith, having trust and confidence in the Grace, remaining quiet within and invoking the Grace through prayer and calling the Divine Force. We see in this article another way of understanding and an experimental way to stay clear of the virus threat. It must be noted however that this is the author’s personal view and something that is still in the pre-experimental stage, more at an ideative level than practical.

Beholding our dark shadows
By Poorva Sharma - Jul 15, 2021
“I am in a room. From behind me some dry leaves are blowing towards me. It seems like someone from behind is trying to draw my attention. Initially I am not scared but after some time I start getting scared that maybe it is some spirit. With a little courage, I ask “Who is there?” Then a girl came and stood in front of me. She was roughly my age, but she was wearing torn clothes, looked really poor, like a beggar. She came and sat near me. Her face was soiled, as if she had not bathed for days. Absolutely poor and miserable. She looked really miserable. I asked her, “From where have you come?” She mentioned the name of a place, near Delhi, something like Ferozabad. Then I looked into her eyes and asked suspiciously, “Really?” She had brown eyes, you know, like those of a person who is clever, cunning. I did tell her though that she should take a bath, and some food shall be given to her.”

Attachment to Love — Darkness to Light
By Monica Gulati - Jul 15, 2021
As human beings, our journey is from attachment to non-attachment, or from suffering to bliss. We all think about and have imaginations about unconditional pure love. But as human beings it is mostly not our reality. Our love is mixed with a lot of physical/emotional wants, insecurities, dependencies, with mental opinions and rigidities. Owing to this mixture present in us, we suffer and struggle; we get entangled, and have conflicts and dramas in our relationships. Is it possible for us to use attachment/suffering and entanglement as raw material on this path of sadhana? Is it possible to use attachment as raw material to move towards love? This article explores this possibility in the context of day-to-day human life.
